I am Gavin, the founder of Gavin Lab. With 23 years of hands-on R&D and technical management experience in enterprise information systems, I have served as technical lead and VP of Technology. I have long been engaged in large-scale and complex projects including payment systems, insurance accounting, medical management systems, banking data migration, cloud platform transformation, risk control, and digital identity management. I possess comprehensive capabilities in system architecture design, project delivery and team management.
Our Vision
We believe that the core of enterprise transformation is not chasing trending technologies, but solidifying informatization infrastructure, standardizing data assets, and adopting AI capabilities in a controllable and secure manner.
I served a Shanghai tech team for 12 years until September 2025, when the team was shut down due to corporate strategic adjustments. To inherit and refine years of accumulated technical experience and mature delivery capabilities, together with core colleagues, I spent over one year independently building GLABSYS — our self-developed enterprise information system foundation and officially launched Gavin Lab to provide professional technical services for external clients.
About GLABSYS
GLABSYS is a practical, scalable and architecturally mature modern enterprise information system prototype, covering core capabilities for enterprise digitalization. It consists of seven key modules:
Application Center, Global Ledger (Blockchain Smart Contract), Workflow Engine, Rule Engine, Service Gateway, Authorization Matrix, and Cluster Center.
